REFUNDS

You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your HealthyPetss products. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return your order. Upon receiving your package and inspecting it, your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days. A $5 return processing fee will be applied to the total amount that was paid for the order.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges. You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your HealthyPetss products. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for your return. Once your exchange has been received, we will begin processing your updated order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions to receive a new replacement or a full refund.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We have gone through extensive quality control testing and found that under normal use our products will not get damaged. Hence, we are not liable for any products that are damaged after being used due to customer negligence, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements in such cases.
