You may cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt.

• Order processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after placement. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before it has been shipped; cancellations requested within this window will be processed free of charge. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned as described below.
• Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• How to return an item: Please contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return before sending the item back. We will provide further instructions once your return request is confirmed.

• Refund Method & Timing

  Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Depending on the situation, refunds will be issued either to your original payment method or as store credit. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed, along with the method used.
